Rainforest Cafe
Rainforest Café is part of London Trocodero: Working only nights so as not to disturb the working day of the restaurant, we were able to efficiently replace the existing fire alarm system with a new Advanced MX5Pro 2-Loop fire control panel, using Apollo Discovery addressable detectors.
The system also boasts a PA/VA system which calmly alerts the occupants of an activation and asks them to leave the building in a calm manor.
Xilant also took on a 3-year maintenance contract to service all elements of the security and life safety systems. We would like to thank the in-house maintenance team who work along side us, giving us access to areas and making sure we were looked after.

Sloane Building Chelsea
Xilant was appointed back in 2019 to install the fire alarm system and intruder alarms throughout the common areas as well as the systems in all 19 apartments at the Sloane Building in Chelsea.
Ten Harley Street Limited
Recently in 2021, Xilant installed a brand new addressable fire alarm system throughout 8, 10 and 12 Harley Street for Ten Harley Street’s Medical Consulting Rooms.
Park Crescent London
In 2021 Xilant were involved in providing the fire and security systems for Park Crescent London alongside the construction company London Projects, who specialise in super-prime, London residential refurbishment. The building consisted of 8 apartments.
Clapham Common Domestic Home
For a domestic home in Claphman Common, Xilant installed a new IP CCTV system to the front and the rear of the property.
Bubba Gump Shrimp
In 2020 Xilant won the contract to upgrade the fire alarm system within the Rainforest Café Shaftsbury Avenue Picadilly London and Bubba Gump Shrimp.
87-89 Baker Street
Xilant Fire and Security were awarded the contract to install a completely new Grade 3 Intruder Alarm System and a CCTV System within this 7-story office block as well as taking over the existing Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Access Control and Video Entry System.
