Recently in 2021, Xilant installed a brand new addressable fire alarm system throughout 8, 10 and 12 Harley Street for Ten Harley Street’s Medical Consulting Rooms. Ten Harley Street Limited are the leading independent provider of Medical Consulting, Counselling and Therapy Rooms on Harley Street and cater for a wide range of medical professionals. Each house has its own fire alarm panel and is networked with one another.

Xilant also installed 86x CAT6 data points ready for a new IP phone system. Each building’s data cabinet is linked via fibre optic cable.

We took over, upgraded and extended the existing intruder alarm system. The entire site can now be remotely managed via client smart apps and engineer utilities.

For the fire alarm, we used Advanced MX5 Pro 2-loop fire panels with Apollo Soteria detection. For the intruder alarm we used Orisec control systems and detection devices. Both manufacturers are British born and bred.
